Honey may crystallise over time and become a light cream thick texture. If this happens, place the jar in warm water and stir until runny. 

Some honey may arrive with slight crystallisation on the bottom of the jar. This is perfectly ok and HAS NOT gone bad. It is just the honeys way of preserving itself. 

The honey may contain pollen and bees wax…but don’t worry, it’s yummy!
